Room was very spacious and had nice updates after recent remodeling. The area felt sketchy, and I was uneasy walking around at night. Breakfast selection was limited to mostly bread and pastries, no hot options. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, perfect for weary travelers. Rooms are spacious and clean, with helpful staff readily available. the motel vibe is evident, and some rooms left much to be desired—one even had roaches. Breakfast could use more protein options, and the pool wasn’t as inviting as it seemed. Despite the noise from shuttles and odd guests, it served its purpose for the night, especially with easy parking right outside the room.

There are shuttles to the airport every hour, super convenient. The staff was friendly and got us checked in fast.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it worked for our needs.

The hotel is extremely close to PHX airport, making it super easy for travelers like me to catch early flights without any stress, plus the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay, and the room had everything I needed to feel comfortable. While breakfast options could use some improvement, the clean rooms and the relaxing pool area offered a great spot to kick back after exploring.

Cleanliness is an issue; trash was scattered throughout the property. The room quality leaves much to be desired—worn furniture, a creaky bed, and unreliable fixtures. Breakfast was basic, but it sufficed. In short, while it meets some needs, it requires significant improvements in both safety and maintenance.

We also enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities available, which was a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up. there were some downsides to our experience. The free toiletries provided were lacking in quality and variety, which was a bit disappointing. the refrigerator in the room was not cooling properly, making it difficult to store perishable items. The microwave also seemed outdated and took longer to heat up food than expected. the flat-screen TV was a nice addition for entertainment, but the channels were limited. The free local telephone calls were a convenient feature, although the direct dial telephone in the room seemed a bit old-fashioned. One major disappointment was the lack of cleanliness in the dining area and the surrounding environment. The pool area was not well maintained, and there were no clean towels or seating available. The windows in the dining area were so dirty that it was difficult to see outside, creating a less-than-pleasant dining experience.

The energy at the game was electric, and the kids were thrilled to watch their favorite players in action. The Phoenix Zoo was also a hit - we had a roaring good time exploring and learning about the animals.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

the surestay hotel by best western was a good find. the room was clean, and the location is super close to the airport. i loved the free breakfast and shuttle service. the front desk staff was very helpful, and the cleaning people were eager to assist with anything needed.

we arrived at Surestay Hotel By Best Western around 10pm and had to wait due to an unhappy customer causing a scene. the staff was helpful and kind, allowing an early check-in when a room became available. the room was clean and quiet with wood floors, a bathtub with plenty of hot water, and good amenities including a fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. the complimentary airport shuttle was convenient, and the driver assisted with luggage. the hotel is very close to the airport and within walking distance to convenience stores.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around at night in this urban area. The hotel had excellent security measures in place, including ample lighting and security cameras. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my check-in and check-out process hassle-free. The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service was a major plus. it was a great experience for a quick leisure trip.
